Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival. The front door will have a Yale punch code lock. Simply push your code in and hit the check mark symbol on the the lock and the door will unlock.

Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. Gabriel is a great host and very responsive. While staying for a week, it always felt like there was plenty of space to spread out, wifi was strong for working from home, etc. Plus the apartment’s clean well equipped kitchen really stood out with a gas stove and range! Water bottles were also included upon arrival, which was a nice treat after a long day of travel.

Gabriel’s place was beautiful, spotless, and had plenty of room to unwind. The decor and overall style was really well coordinated and cozy. Gabriel is a super helpful and responsive host. I highly recommend staying here!

Great host! Great Property, Quick to respond.. What a fabulous appointed, cozy, well decorated and clean Apt. Loved the water pressure & the rain head shower. 4 pillows per bed was our style, great fast wifi, smart tv's were fantastic. We had a great time walking the water front promenade exploring for miles. , great food within walking, just a few minutes to Old City made that walk several times a day..

We came into Philly from NYC just for one night to catch a game at Lincoln Financial. We really just needed a place to crash- but Gabriel’s spot offered so much more! The downstairs kitchen & living area is beautiful, we wished we had more time to chill & enjoy it! The place is spotless. Will definitely look into booking again the next time we are in Philly.

Gabriel & Jon’s home was unique! The bathroom was spacious and modern with a high pressured rainfall shower head that was very relaxing. The beds were very comfortable with the prefect amount of pillows. The spiral staircase was so cool, and the window next to it was designed beautifully. The living area downstairs offers tons of space. The fireplace and way that the tv was mounted was fabulous. Our son loved that the fireplace changed colors! The island like counter fit all 4 of us perfectly for all of our meals that we cooked in the beautiful kitchen. Everything you could possibly need was available in the kitchen. The washer and dryer was conveniently located with laundry pods supplied. The thermostat was easy to use to make the most comfortable temperatures. Gabriel was instantly available for any questions or concerns- very comforting especially since we were traveling with a child. I have so many great things to say that I ran out of characters! Thank you so much for everything!
